1. Create New windows Service

2. on designer view - add a installer

3.Check out the account name in the properties to be local / network in deployment scenarios

4. Build now after success check out the file location available files - C:\Meera Test\Meera Test\bin\Release\

5. Click on start cmd run as administrator   refere below image

 5. services.msc check it will be exist
